Before you email about an order

Have your order number handy — it's in your confirmation email, and it starts with a #. If it's a shipping question, the tracking link in your dispatch email is usually faster than we are.

Questions we're genuinely happy to get

  • "Will this fit my tool / my boxes / my ceiling?" Ask before you order. We'd rather spend two minutes now than process a return later.
  • "Is this actually any good?" We'll tell you what it does badly. That's the whole point of the store.
  • "Have you used it yourself?" On these four, not yet, and we say so on every product page. Our samples are the next thing we buy.
  • "Do you stock X?" If we don't, we'll tell you where to get it. We're not going to sell you something worse just because we happen to have it.
  • "Something arrived damaged." Send a photo. We'll replace or refund it and we won't ask you to ship the broken one back first.

Where we ship

United States only, from US warehouses. Ship windows are on each product page — they differ by item, so we quote the real one rather than a store-wide average. Orders over $50 ship free; under that it's a flat $4.90.
