Terms of Service

Buy gear, we ship it. If it's wrong or it breaks, we sort it out. The rest is below because it has to be written down.

1. Who you're dealing with

Clean Exit Supply ("we", "us") operates this store. Reach us at cortezsayles@gmail.com. We're based in Kentucky, United States, and we currently sell to United States addresses only.

2. What we sell, and whose brand it is

We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. The products we stock are made by other companies and arrive in those companies' packaging with those companies' names on them. The manufacturer is named in every product's spec table. We don't relabel, we don't private-label, and we don't pretend a tool is ours.

Manufacturer warranties, where they exist, are between you and the manufacturer. Our returns policy applies regardless and is usually the faster route.

3. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, including what they can't do. Specifications, dimensions and compatibility figures come from the manufacturer. Photography may be the manufacturer's own until we replace it with our own.

Colours vary between screens. Where a fit or dimension matters to your job, check the figure in the spec table before ordering — and if you're not sure, email us and ask before you buy.

If we've got something wrong on a product page, tell us. We'll fix the page.

4. Pricing and orders

Prices are in US dollars and don't include tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — including after it's placed — if the item is out of stock, the price or description was materially wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you're refunded in full and we'll tell you why.

5. Shipping and delivery

Covered in full in our Shipping Policy. Ship windows are estimates in business days, stated per product. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

Covered in full in our Refund Policy — 30 days, and we pay return shipping when the fault is ours.

7. Using the products safely

The gear we sell is used on job sites and around tools. You are responsible for using it safely and within its rated limits. Read the manufacturer's instructions. Load ratings are maximums, not targets. Dust barriers are not certified containment systems and we say so on the product page.

Nothing on this site is professional, structural, electrical or safety advice. If a job requires a licensed trade or a rated system, hire the trade or buy the rated system.

8. Our content

The text, layout, brand name and original photography on this site belong to us. Don't copy our product descriptions or reproduce the site's content commercially. Manufacturer photography and trademarks remain the property of those manufacturers and are used here to identify the goods we sell.

You're welcome to link to us, quote us with attribution, or share our posts.

9. Your account and conduct

Keep your account details secure. Don't use the store to commit fraud, scrape it at volume, or interfere with how it runs.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost work, delayed jobs, or damage arising from misuse of a product.

Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or under your state's consumer protection laws. Those rights stand whatever this page says.

11. Disputes

Email us first. Almost everything gets solved in one message. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it.
