Shipping policy

Where we ship from

We ship from warehouses inside the United States. Most gear like this is drop-shipped from overseas on a two-to-four week timeline, with tracking that stops updating somewhere over the Pacific. We're not doing that to you.

How long it takes

• Processing: 1-3 business days.
• Transit: 2-7 business days, depending on the item.
• Most orders: 3-8 business days. Some items: up to 10.

It varies by product - a set of barrier poles and a box of blades ship out of different places on different services. The window for the specific item is on its product page, and that's the number to plan around.

We're not going to tell you everything arrives in two days. It doesn't. What we will tell you is a number you can actually schedule around - and if we're going to miss it, you'll hear from us before the date passes, not after.

Pre-orders

If a product is sold as a pre-order, the expected ship date is shown on the product page and again at checkout. If that date moves, we email you before it passes - not after.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the order leaves the warehouse. If tracking hasn't moved in 3 business days, email us and we'll chase it down rather than telling you to wait.

If it's late

If your order passes 12 business days without arriving, contact us - we'll replace it or refund it, your choice.

Where we don't ship

United States only for now. We're not shipping internationally yet, and we'd rather say that than quote you a rate we can't honor.
